1. The Taj Mahal

Construction of Taj mahal was started in 1632 and completed in 1653.So it took 21 years for construction.Shan jhan was son of mughal emperor Jahangir He married with mumtaz in 1612.But in 1631 His wife was died During give a birth to her 14 child.Shan jhan make a tribute to Mumtaz mahal Which is known as The great Taj mahal.So shan jhan make a Taj mahal in memory of Mumtaz.After construction of it Shan jhan cut the hands of the workers who built a Taj mahal because that type of mahal can not built again.CLICK HERE FOR READ MORE

2. Hampi

Hampi is a village that was last capital of vijaynagar and also It is known as greatest Hindu kingdom in india. It has some  ruins, intriguingly intermingled with large boulders that rear up all over the landscape.The ruins, which date back to the 14th century, stretch for just over 27 kilometers and comprise more than 450 monuments. 3. Khajuraho Temples

Khajuraho Temples are one of the  best temples among the most beautiful medieval monuments in the country. These temples were built by the Chandella ruler. It was the golden period of Chandella rulers. It is presumed that it was every Chandella ruler has built at least one temple in his lifetime. 4. Ajanta and Ellora Caves

Astonishingly carved into hillside rock in the middle of nowhere are the Ajantaand Ellora caves. There are 34 caves at Ellora dating from between the 6th and 11th centuries AD, and 29 caves at Ajanta dating back to between the 2nd century BC and 6th century AD. While the Ajanta caves are rich in paintings and sculpture, the Ellora caves are renowned for their extraordinary architecture. The most incredible thing about these caves is that they were crafted by hand, with only a hammer and chisel.

5. Fatehpur Sikri
